双层亚麻-涤纶交织汽车座套面料的开发Development on Double-Layer Linen-Polyester Interwoven Fabrics for Car Seat Cover

摘要(Abstract)：
基于汽车座套面料的要求,利用涤纶长丝和亚麻纱交织的方式设计了7种不同产品,并对亚麻-涤纶交织的汽车座套面料性能进行分析和评价,最终得到影响汽车用纺织品舒适性和耐用性的主要因素。结果表明:表层亚麻、里层涤纶双层交织的斜纹织物透气性、悬垂性、耐磨性、起毛起球性、抗皱性和拉伸性能等综合性能较好,是一种理想的汽车座套面料。
Based on the demand of car seat cover fabrics, seven twill weave samples were knitted using poly-ester filament and linen yarn. Through the contrast analysis, the main factors affecting the comfort and dura-bility of automobile textile were got. Results showed that the performance such as air permeability, drape,abrasion resistance, pilling resistance, wrinkle resistance and tensile properties of the twill fabric whichmade of linen yarn as surface layer and polyester filament as inner layer was much better, and it was an ide-al car seat cover fabric.
