摘要(Abstract)：

在普通FDY设备上开发了箱包布专用涤纶(PET)丝,纤维染色性能达四级,伸长在25%左右。讨论了影响有光PET纤维染色均匀性的主要因素,找出了生产箱包布专用丝的最佳工艺路线和最佳工艺条件。采用纺丝组件压力为11-13MPa,纺丝温度为290℃,冷却风速为0.55m/s、风湿>75%、风温22±1℃,卷绕角为7°,在网络器前、GR2辊后合股的工艺,可生产出合格的粗旦箱包布专用丝。
Using the FDY equipment, the PET yarn especially for boxes and bags is produced. The yarn has the dye index of IV and elongation percentage of 25 %. In the paper the main factors that affect the dye properties of yarn are discussed. The produce conditions are optimized. Using spinning pressure 11~13 MPa, spinning temperature 290 ℃, cooling rate of side blowing 0.55 m/s, relative humidity of side blowing 75 %, cooling temperature of side blowing 22±1 ℃, wingding angle 7 °, ply process before interlacing jet and after GR2, the good filament for boxes and bags can be produced.
