芦荟纤维及其纱线的基本性能研究
Study on the Basic Property of Aloe Fiber and its Yarn

摘要(Abstract):

用扫描电子显微镜观察了芦荟纤维的微观形态结构,测试了芦荟纤维单纤强力及纱线强力、断裂伸长率、含湿量、耐热性和耐酸碱性能,结果表明:芦荟纤维的横截面呈锯齿状,纵向为有沟槽的圆柱体;纯纺纱的强力和断裂伸长较大;回潮率、耐湿、干热性能都较好;不耐酸和强碱。
The morphology and structure of aloe fiber were observed by scanning electron microscope.Thestrength of aloe fiber and the strength,elongation,moisture content,heat resistance,acid and alkali resis-tance of its yarn were tested.The results showed that the cross section of the aloe fiber was serrated,and thelongitudinal groove was a cylinder,pure yarn had high strength and elongation,good moisture regain,goodwet heat and dry heat resistance,and couldn't resistant to acid and strong base.
