摘要(Abstract):

以某型笔记本电脑外壳为研究对象,通过将镁合金、铝合金数值模拟变形量与试验结果变形量来校核仿真模型,然后根据外壳材料仿真设计完成材料选型,并确定模压-注塑包覆成型工艺的开发。研究结果表明:基于仿真试验及厚度优选结果,选择碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯复合材料作为选择笔记本电脑外壳模压-注塑工艺设计与开发的主体材料,成功制成质轻、高强的笔记本电脑外壳。
A certain type of laptop shell was taken as the research object, the simulation model was verified by comparing the experimental results deformation of magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy with the numerical simulation result deformations. Then, according to the shell material simulation design results, the selection of materials was completed, and the molding-injection molding process design was determined. The research results show that based on the simulation test and thickness optimization results, the carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate composite material was selected as the main material for the design and development of the molding-injection process of the laptop shell, and the light weight and high strength laptop shell was successfully made.
