无油牵伸技术生产涤纶FDY的工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

采用无油丝先牵伸、热定形后再上油的新工艺路线生产83 dtex/36 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),讨论了熔体特性黏度、U-guide进出距离、预网络气压、热辊温度等对纤维可纺性和染色M率的影响。结果表明:当熔体黏度和预网络气压控制在0.639 d L/g和0.020 MPa,U-guide进出距离控制在1.0~1.5 cm,热辊GRa、GRb、GRc和GRd的温度分别为65、70、128和128℃时,纤维可纺性和染色M率都较好。
83 dtex/36 f polyester full drawn yarn(FDY) was produced by a new process route, that was draw-ing without oil first, heat setting and then oiling. The effects of melt intrinsic viscosity, U-guide inlet andoutlet distance, pre-entangling air pressure and hot roller temperature on the spinnability and dyeing M rate of the fiber were discussed. The results show that the spinnability and dyeing M rate of the fibers arebetter when the melt intrinsic viscosity and pre-entangling air pressure control at 0.639 d L/g and 0.020 MPa, U-guide inlet and outlet distance are 1.0~1.5 cm, and the temperature of hot roller GRa, GRb, GRcand GRd are 65, 70, 128, 128 ℃, respectively.
