高强型涤纶工业用全拉伸丝的工艺及设备

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了新设计的高强型涤纶工业用全拉伸丝(FDY)的主要设备特点,阐述了工艺条件的选择,指出在纺丝温度为302~306℃,纺丝压力为10~12 MPa,缓冷温度为300~310℃,总拉伸倍数为5.6~5.8,各级拉伸比例的分配和热辊的温度较适宜的情况下,设备运转正常,生产状态稳定,产品质量理想。
The features of main production equipments of newly designed high-tenacity type polyester FDY industrial filament are introduced and the choice of process conditions is described.With the parameters of spinning temperature 302~306 ℃,spinning pressure 10~12 MPa,cooling temperature 300~310 ℃ and total drawing ratio 5.6~5.8 as well as proper distribution of each stage draw ratio and godet temperature,the operation of equipment is normal,production condition is stable and product quality is satisfactory.
