摘要(Abstract)：
鉴于引进的二手聚合釜在运行后出现的诸如催化剂用量大、聚合釜运行周期短、易结疤,聚合物分子量分布宽,造成纺丝毛丝,影响最终产品质量等问题,探讨了聚合釜反应过程中的影响因素及参数控制,并提出了相应的对策。
The imported used polymerization kettle has high consumption of catalyst, short operation cycle, scaling, wide polymer MWD and yarn breaking in spinning. The paper discusses the influnence factors and parameter control, raises correspondent countermeasures.
