聚苯硫醚超细纤维负载零价铁去除六价铬的研究

摘要(Abstract):

以磺化改性的聚苯硫醚超细纤维为载体,通过液相还原法制备聚苯硫醚超细纤维负载零价铁。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对其结构及形貌进行分析,结果表明零价铁成功负载于纤维表面。系统研究了溶液温度、溶液pH值以及初始溶液质量浓度对六价铬去除性能的影响,结果表明:当溶液温度为90℃、溶液pH值为2、初始溶液质量浓度为10 mg/L时,对六价铬的去除效果最佳。通过光电子能谱仪的分析和试验现象的观察发现:反应为氧化还原反应机制,且吸附过程符合准二级动力学吸附。
Sulfonated polyphenylene sulfide supported zero-valent iron(ZVI) was synthesized using liquid phase reduction. The structure and morphology were investigated by ATR-FTIR and SEM, and the results showed ZVI were successfully loaded onto the surface of polyphenylene sulfide. The effects of solution temperature, pH value and initial solution concentration on the removal performance of chromium(Ⅵ) were studied systematically. The results showed that when the solution temperature was 90 ℃, the solution pH value was 2, and the initial solution concentration was 10 mg/L, the removal efficiency of chromium(Ⅵ) was the best. Through XPS result and experimental phenomenon, the reaction mechanism was confirmed as the oxidation- reduction reaction. The adsorption processes accorded with the pseudo- second- order kinetic model.
