摘要(Abstract):

采用切片纺工艺路线,成功研制了965 dtex超粗旦阳离子染料可染涤纶预取向丝(POY)。结果表明:干燥温度145℃,干燥时间3 h,切片含水率4×10~(-5),冷却风速0.95 m/s,集束点位置105 cm,采用"一丝四喷"上油技术,卷绕张力(60±5)cN等工艺适合生产该规格粗旦丝,产品质量稳定,后加工效果好。
Using slice spinning process route, the 965 dtex super-coarse cationic-dyeable polyester partially oriented yarn was developed successfully. The results show that the super-coarse with production superior quality can be produced by controlling drying temperature 145 ℃, drying time 3 h, slice of moisture content 4×10~(-5), cooling speed 0.95 m/s, cluster point location 105 cm, "one yarn four spray" oilling technology,winding tension(60±5) cN. The product quality is stable, the postprocessing and weaving effect are good.
