摘要(Abstract):
测试了具有释放负离子、抗菌、天然矿石色的复合涤纶短纤维的性能。测试结果表明:负离子功能添加剂粒度分布均匀,形貌呈球形规则体,纯度高,与纤维结构的相容性好。添加了负离子添加剂的新产品释放负离子浓度达到6180个/cm3,远红外发射率为0.86,对金黄色链球菌抗菌率94%,对白色念珠球菌抗菌率为94%。
This paper studied the preparation and performance of environment-friendly colorful antibacterial polyester composite staple fiber that releasing negative ions.It found that the particle size of anion addictive distributed uniformly,the grain of it was regular spherical morphology,the purity was high,and it was good compatible with the fiber structure.The anion concentration of product was 6 180 per cm3,far infrared emission rate was 0.86,the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus Streptococcus was 94 %,and the Candida Albicans was 94 %.
