摘要(Abstract)：
分析了一种高收缩改性涤纶的性能特点,以19.7tex天丝/改性涤纶/澳毛(60/30/10)混纺纱为例,探讨了纺纱流程中的关键工艺及技术措施。生产中针对纤维特点,优选了各工序工艺参数,纺纱过程顺利,成纱质量稳定。
Performance characteristics of high shrinkage polyester staple fiber were introduced. Taking 19.7 tex Tencle/polyester/wool( 60/30/10 )blended yarn as an example, key processes and technology measures in spinning were discussed. According to the property of the fibers, the processing parameters of each process were optimized. With these measures, spinning was smoothly and finished yarn quality was satisfied.
