混纺比对Outlast/黏胶纤维混纺纱性能的影响Effect of Blending Ratio on Properties of Outlast/Viscose Blended Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
以Outlast空调纤维与黏胶纤维为原料,设计了9种不同混纺比的Outlast空调纤维/黏胶纤维混纺纱,研究了混纺比对混纺纱线的调温性能、条干、强伸性能以及毛羽分布的影响。对比分析得出:混纺质量比为45/55的Outlast空调纤维/黏胶纤维混纺纱线的调温效果、条干、强伸性能和毛羽情况均较好,条干不匀率最小,为20.15%,断裂强度最大,为12.29 cN/tex,为最优产品。
Nine different blending ratio of Outlast /viscose fiber blended yarn was designed with Outlast air-conditioning fiber and viscose fiber.The effect of blending ratio on thermal control,evenness,hairiness,strength and elongation properties of Outlast/viscose blended yarn were studied.When the blending ratio was 45/55,the thermal control and hairiness properties of the Outlast/viscose fiber blended yarn were better than other blending ratio,the evenness CV value of Outlast/viscose blended yarn was 20.15 %,the strength of Outlast/viscose blended yarn was 12.29 cN/tex.The optimal product was obtained with the blending ratio 45/55.
