摘要(Abstract)：

通过调研,统计了我国已经建成投产的化纤原料能力,预测了2000年我国纺织纤维和化学纤维的用量与产量。指出为了保证我国人民的小康生活水平实现和完成国家出口创汇的任务,必须从现在开始抓紧落实化纤原料项目的规划建设,积极发展化纤原料生产,以满足2000年纺织工业的发展需要。
On the basis of survey, the statistics of domestic capacities on raw materials of chemical fiber which have been put into operation are presented as well as the forecast of consumption and production of textile and chemical fibers in 2000, in order to realize a comparatively well-off life for people and to improve export for bring about more foreign exchange income, close intension must be paid to the raw material projects construction and putinto effect so as to develop raw materials production and meet the requirements of textile industry in 2000.
