阳离子改性涤纶结构和性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

阳离子改性涤纶由于SIPM磺酸基团的强极性和空间位阻,使CDP和ECDP的结晶度下降,提高了染色性能。本文采用DSC和X射线衍射技术对CDP和ECDP的结构进行分析,对纤维染色进行了表征,旨在解释分子结构和染色性能的关系。
By means of DSC and X-ray diffraction,the Crystallinity and crystal size of cationic dyeable PET (CDP ond ECDP)are studied in order to explain the relation ship between the structure and dyeing properties .The results show that CDP and ECDP have lower crystallinity and larger crystal size than that of normal PET, Which is important for improving dyeing properties.
