玻璃纤维增强热塑性弹性体复合材料的研究

摘要(Abstract):

以玻璃纤维(GF)为填充材料,对热塑性弹性体(TPE)进行共混改性,研究了GF尺寸、用量对TPE/GF复合材料的流变性能、力学性能以及热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的流变性能随GF尺寸、用量的增加而下降;在TPE中加入质量分数10%、长度3 mm的GF,可获得较优的力学性能,GF有较好的增强效果;复合材料具有较好的热稳定性,具备可重复加工性,对成本节约和环境保护均具有十分重要的意义。
Thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) was modified with glass fiber(GF) as the filling material. The effects of the size and dosage of GF on rheological properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability of TPE/GF composites were studied. The results show that the rheological properties of the composites decrease with the increase of the size and dosage of GF. When adding GF with the length of 3 mm and mass fraction of 10% into TPE, better mechanical properties can be obtained, and GF has better enhancement effect. The composites has good thermal stability and repeatability, which is very important for cost saving and environmental protection.
