粘胶纤维厂制冷系统优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

根据粘胶纤维生产的特点,将制冷压缩机产生的压缩热利用到生产上去,达到变废为宝、节约能源、降低生产成本的目的,并以此来设计粘胶纤维厂制冷系统。着重介绍了这种设计方法,同时分析计算了制冷压缩热利用率和节能效果。计算表明:粘胶纤维厂制冷系统采用这种设计方法,制冷系统压缩热有效利用率达53%,节电12.5%以上,相当于制冷系统能耗减少60%以上。
Based on characteristic of cellulose fiber production, the refrigeration system was designed by using refrigerator heat to save energy and reduce the production cost. This paper mainly introduced the design method and calculated utilization rate of refrigerator heat. The calculation result showed that the effective utilization rate of refrigerator heat was 53 %, and the saving electricity was above 12.5 %, and it was equivalent to decrease consumption energy of refrigeration system above 60 %.
