摘要(Abstract):
介绍了生产超细旦PA66DTY的工艺流程,分析了关键工艺参数对超细旦DTY质量的影响。选择1-7-1组合方式的陶瓷盘,加工速度设为500 ̄600m/min,拉伸倍数为1.25 ̄1.30,D/Y比为1.6 ̄1.8,热箱温度为205 ̄215℃,可制成市场需求的超细旦PA66DTY。
The paper introduces the process flow diagram of superfine DTY. It analyzes the influence of key process parameters on the quality of superfine DTY and confirms that 1-7-1 friction discs arrangement, operation speed 500~600 m/min, draw ratio 1.25~1.30, D/Y 1.6~1.8 and temperature of heater 205~215 ℃ are optimal conditions for commodity PA66 DTY.
