聚酯纺织品再生加工过程中的色泽变化规律

摘要(Abstract):

以典型的偶氮染料分散红167为研究对象,探究了在加工温度下不含染料和含染料的聚酯纺织品的色泽与加工时间的定量关系。试验表明:随着加工时间的延长,含染料的聚酯纺织品的L值、a值呈现指数性下降,不含染料的聚酯纺织品的L值和b值分别呈现指数性降低和增加的趋势。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了分散红167的热降解行为,研究发现:N=N键、酯键等结构的吸收峰强度均随着加工温度的升高而减弱。在偶氮染料和聚酯热氧降解的综合作用下,含染料的聚酯纺织品再生过程中熔体色泽由红色转变为棕黑色。推测偶氮染料对色泽的影响来源于酯键断裂生成的双键结构。
The typical azo dyes disperse red C.I.167 was chosen as the research object and the quantitativerelation between color of PET fabrics and processing time was investigated. The value of L and a of PETfabrics with azo dyes decreased with the increase of processing time exponentially. And with the increase ofprocessing time, the value of L and b value decreased and increased exponentially, respectively. Fouriertransform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) was carried out to analyze the thermal degradation behavior ofdisperse red C.I.167. The absorption peaks of N=N and ester bond decreased with the increase oftemperature. The color of PET fabrics with azo dyes turned into brownish black from red under processingcondition resulting from the combined effects of PET and azo dyes degradation. It was conducted that thebreakage of ester bond could result in the formation of product with double bond and give rise to the colorchange.
