合纤纺丝机变频调速器不间断供电技术探讨——电网瞬时停电对策THE NON-STOP POWER SUPPLY TECHNIQUE FOR SPEED CONTROL INVERTERS OF SYNTHETIC FIBER SPINNING MACHINE

摘要(Abstract):
本文从合成纤维纺丝机变频调速的特点出发,分析了电网发生瞬时停电、电网低电压对变频调速的影响及对装置造成严重经济后果,提出了UPS技术、增加直流中间环节的储能电解电容、将直流中间储能环节改为蓄电池支持及采用热备用整流直流电源四种切合实际的技术对策,可供有关人员参考。
On account of the wide application of inverters speed control in the spining machine of synthetic fibers,the influence of instant cut off or low voltage of power supply on the speed control andthe inverter itseif so as serious result which causes areanalyed. Four countermeasures are suggested to solve the problem .they are the UPS technique,incraese of intermediate energy-storage condensers and the application of accumulator orstanby rectification DC power supply.
