Determination of Banned Organic Phosphorus Flame Retardants in Textiles by ASE-UPLC-MS/MS Method

摘要(Abstract):

为了制订出一种能一次性、简单快速、灵敏度高的检测标准,用快速溶剂萃取法(ASE)结合液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS),对纺织品中9种禁用有机磷阻燃剂——磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)、三-(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯(TRIS)、三-(1,3-二氯丙基)磷酸酯(TDCP)、三-(邻甲苯基)磷酸酯(TOCP)、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、2,2-二(氯甲基)-1,3-丙二醇双[双(2氯乙基)]磷酸酯(V6)、磷酸叔丁基二苯酯(MDPP)、磷酸苯基(二叔丁基苯基)酯(DBPP)和磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)进行检测。试验证明:ASE-UPLC-MS/MS方法可以一次性快速检测出纺织品中禁用的有机磷阻燃剂。
In order to establish a single, simple, fast and sensitive testing standard, ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC-MS/MS) combined with accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) were used to determine nine kinds of banned organophosphate flame retardants, including tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate(TCEP), tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate(TRIS), tris(1,3-dichloro-propyl) phosphate(TDCP), tris(o-toluene), esters(TOCP), triphenyl phosphate ester(TPP), 2,2-bis(chloromethyl)-1,3-propanediol bis [bis(2-chloroethyl)] phosphate(V6), T-butyl diphenyl phosphate(MDPP), phosphoric(tert-butyl-phenyl) phosphite(DBPP) and tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate(TCPP). Experiments have proved that the ASE-UPLC-MS/MS method can quickly detect banned organic phosphorous flame retardants in textiles.
