摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了浸胶帘子布卷绕机卷取张力控制系统的原理、应用、参数选择,分析浸胶帘子布卷取成型不良的原因,通过对卷取张力参数的调整,达到了浸胶帘子布成型良好的目的,返卷率大幅降低。
The principle and application of winding tension control system of dipping winder as well as winding parameters selection were introduced. The reasons resulting in bad winding patterns of dipped tire cord fabric were probed. The good patterns were obtained and rework was reduced through adjusting winding tension parameters.
