有色抗菌聚酯长丝非织造布的生产工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

以魔芋葡甘聚糖、钛酸钾晶须、纳米氧化锌为原料制得抗菌剂,与经过预处理的聚酯干切片、分散剂、色母粒混合,经熔融纺丝、分丝铺网、针刺加固,最终得到有色抗菌聚酯长丝非织造布。详细介绍了该非织造布的生产流程及工艺,并对其抗菌性能和力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,该工艺流程短、原料适应性强、设备结构简单同时造价便宜,市场前景广阔。
The antibacterial agent was prepared with konjac glucomannan, potassium titanate whisker and nano zinc oxide as raw materials. The antibacterial agent was mixed with the pretreated polyester dry slice,dispersant and color masterbatch, and the colored antibacterial polyester filament nonwoven fabric was finally obtained by melting spinning, lapping needling reinforcement. The production process and technology of the nonwovens were introduced in detail, and the antibacterial and mechanical properties of the nonwovens were tested. The results show that the process is short, the material adaptability is strong, the equipment structure is simple and the cost is low, the market prospect is broad.
