酸性染料可染聚酯纤维的研究Research on the Acid Dye Dyeable Polyester Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG),在三氧化二锑催化的条件下进行酯化反应,然后加入制备好的中间体,进行缩聚反应,合成出了含有酰胺基结构的酸性染料可染聚酯。使用红外光谱对其分子结构进行表征,同时研究了酸性染料可染聚酯的纺丝工艺及染色性能。结果表明:酸性染料可染聚酯分子骨架上含有酰胺基结构;酸性染料可染聚酯纤维的酸性染料上染率可以达到80%以上,分散染料上染率可以达到90%以上,具有较好的酸性染料可染性和分散染料可染性。
The esterification reaction was processed by PTA and EG with the antimony trioxide catalyst.Then the prepared intermediate was added to finish the condensation polymerization. The acid dye dyeable polyester consisting amid structure was synthesized in the process, and its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectrometer. The spinning process and dyeing properties of the acid dye dyeable polyester were also researched. The results show that there is amide structure in the copolyester molecular skeleton. It also shows that the dye-uptake of its acid dyes can reach over 80% and the dye-uptake of its disperse dyes can reach over 90%. The acid dye dyeable polyester has good dyeability of acid dyes and disperse dyes.
