摘要(Abstract)：

通过皮芯复合的纺丝方法制得芳香聚酯短纤维。研究了复合材料的选择、复合比例、复合成功率、设备设计、纺丝及拉伸工艺等,并在年产4000吨装置上进行了批量生产。通过对纤维和织物进行实用性试验,了解了复合成功率对留香时间、耐化学处理剂的影响程度,提出现阶段可行的后加工建议。
The process research of sheath-core PET fragrant staple fiber is made including the material of bi-component selection, the composite ratio of the two components, the composite completeness, key spinning facility design, melt spinning and fiber drawing process. The process of sheath- core has been applied on a 4kt/a production line. The fiber and fabric practicality tests which include the influence of the composite completeness on the fragrance keeping time and chemical agent resistance are discussed. And some recommendation methods of fabric dyeing and finishing at present are put forward.
