摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了自行研制的国产涤纶膨体变形长丝(BCF)一步法纺丝机及技术,论述了在国产丙纶BCF一步法纺丝机的基础上,通过转换设计,增加干燥装置、改进挤压机螺杆、喷丝板、牵伸系统及卷绕机,并选择适宜的生产工艺,成功生产出成品率高、断头少、后加工性能稳定、符合客户品质要求的涤纶BCF产品。
The self-developed domestic one-step polyester bulked continuous filament(BCF) spinning machine and its technology are introduced. On the basis of domestic one-step polypropylene BCF spinning machine, through convertible design, adding drying system, modifying screw of extruder and spinneret as well as drawing device and take-up machine, optimizing suitable process parameters, the polyester BCF with high yield, low breakage, stable post-processing properties and accepted quality is successfully produced.
