烷基磷酸酯钾盐在聚苯硫醚短纤维上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

根据聚苯硫醚短纤维纺丝和加工工艺对抗静电性和摩擦性能的要求,研究了烷基磷酸酯钾盐的碳链长度、单双酯比例、pH值、纤维含油率、环境湿度对聚苯硫醚短纤维抗静电性和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,随着烷基碳链长度的增加,烷基磷酸酯钾盐抗静电性下降,平滑性增加;提高烷基磷酸酯钾盐的单/双酯比例、pH值、纤维含油率和环境湿度也有助于改善聚苯硫醚短纤维的抗静电性。
The influence of alkyl length, mono/diesters ratio, pH value, oil pick up, relative humidity on the antistatic and friction properties of PPS staple fiber are studied depend on the requirements of PPS spinning process and down-stream processing. The results show that the antistatic property steps down, but the smoothness goes up with the development of alkyl length, the higher mono/diesters ratio, pH value, oil pick up and relative humidity will be helpful to increase the antistatic property of potassium alkyl - phosphate.
