摘要(Abstract)：
用于东丽工程公司可生产0.5dpf细旦丝的FDY线上的TW503MI/6卷绕头具有高速、自动换筒、独立驱动和电脑设定与监控等特点,分析了其自动控制系统,提出了利用卷绕头设定电脑诊断其常见故障的方法。
The TW503MI/6 type automatic winder on the FDY production line made by Japanese Toray Co. has the features of high speed,automatic doffing,individual driven and computerized control,analysis is made on the automatic control system also the processes of using the winder control setting unit to solve common problems are presented.
