摘要(Abstract):
结合静电除油理论,分析了FDY纺丝车间油烟形成的原因及油烟成分,把纺丝生产过程中产生的油烟经各线的排烟主管与油烟净化设备连接,使油烟气体经排烟主管进入静电式油烟净化器。通过油烟净化器以合理的风速、风量及静电电压净化处理,废气排放达到环保及相关限值标准,油烟出口质量浓度≤10 mg/m~3,非甲烷总烃排放≤120 g/m~3,除油效率达到85%以上,为员工创造了良好的工作环境,改善了设备电路系统、控制系统的运行环境,减少了维修成本。
Combined with the theory of electrostatic deoiling, the causes of oil fume formation and the composition of oil fume in FDY spinning workshop were analyzed. The oil fume produced in the spinning process of polyester FDY was connected with the smoke purification equipment through each line. The oil fume gas entered the electrostatic oil fume purifier through the smoke exhaust supervisor, and the exhaust gas emission reached the environmental protection and related limit standards through the reasonable wind speed,air volume and electrostatic voltage purification treatment of the oil fume purifier. The mass concentration of oil fume outlet was ≤ 10 mg/m~3, and the total non-methane hydrocarbon emission was ≤ 120 g/m~3. The oil removal efficiency was more than 85%, which created a good working environment for the staff, improved the equipment circuit system, controled the operating environment of the system and reduced the maintenance cost.
