浅析面密度对非织造填充类絮片性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

非织造填充类絮片作为一种常见的填充材料,被广泛应用。分析了面密度对不同非织造填充类絮片的蓬松度、压缩率、回复率的影响,意在为企业根据自身需求选择相应面密度的非织造填充类絮片提供参考依据。试验结果表明:面密度为100~120 g/m~2的非织造填充类絮片的蓬松度和压缩率均能达到峰值,回复率趋于平衡,此面密度区间能使非织造填充物絮片发挥较优性能。
As common filler, nonwovens are widely used. The influences of different surface density on thebulkiness, compression ratio and recovery ratio of nonwoven fill wadding were analyzed, that was providedthe reference for the enterprise according to their own needs to choose the corresponding surface density ofnonwoven fill wadding. The results showed that the bulkiness and compression ratio of nonwoven fill wad-ding with 100~120 g/m~2 reached the peak, and the recovery ratio tended to balance. The surface densitywith 100~120 g/m~2 can make the nonwoven fill wadding play better performance.
