芳纶编织绳耐酸碱性研究
The Study of Aramid Braided Rope on Acid and Alkali Resistance

摘要(Abstract):

主要研究了芳纶Twaron编织绳耐酸碱腐蚀的性能。在不同的温度条件下(40℃、60℃、80℃),用2.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液与2 mol/L的H_2SO_4溶液对芳纶绳进行腐蚀老化后,用Instron3369型万能材料试验机对其进行拉伸性能测试,发现绳的拉伸断裂强力、伸长率等与未处理时相比都有很大的变化。
The paper studies acid and alkali resistance of aramid braided rope.Under the different conditions of temperature(40 ℃、60 ℃、80 ℃) and degradated in NaOH of 2.5 mol/L and H_2SO_4 of 2 mol/L,the rope is tested by Instron3369 universal testing machine.The results show that the breaking strength and elongation have changed a lot,compared to the rope without corrosion.
