熔体直纺85 dtex/72 f阳离子涤纶预取向丝工艺探讨Process Study on Melt Direct Spinning of 85 dtex/72 f Cationic Dyeable Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
通过调整卷绕速度、环吹风风压和底部加热器温度等工艺条件,以改善熔体直纺85 dtex/72 f阳离子染料可染涤纶预取向丝(CDP-POY)的内在质量。试验表明,当卷绕速度为2 500 m/min、环吹风风压为18 Pa、底部加热器温度为306℃时,CDP-POY的强伸性能和热应力大小在适当范围内。此条件下的纤维在后道加工中的满卷率和降等率分别为92.11%和0.51%,相对其他条件下有明显提升。
The internal quality of 85 dtex/72 f CDP-POY was improved by optimizing the winding speed,the ring cooling wind pressure and the temperature of bottom heater. The results show that the tensile properties and thermal stress of CDP-POY are in the appropriate range when the winding speed is 2 500 m/min,the ring cooling wind pressure is 18 Pa and the temperature of bottom heater is 306 ℃. Under this condition, the full-package rate and degradation ratio in post-processing are 92.11% and 0.51%, respectively,which are significantly better than those under other conditions.
