PPS/PA6偏心皮芯型复合纤维的研究

摘要(Abstract):

以PPS(聚苯硫醚)为皮层、PA6(尼龙6)为芯层,研究了PPS/PA6偏心皮芯型复合纤维的制备,拉伸后得到具有三维卷曲性能的纤维,对纤维力学性能以及耐酸性能进行了一系列的测试。酸处理后,芯层尼龙6被腐蚀,形成C形截面纤维,将有利于改善过滤材料的过滤性能。
Sheath-core PPS/ PA6 fiber was studied, where PPS was sheath and PA6 was core. Eccentric sheath-core PPS/PA6 fibers were spun and drawn to different ratios. The fibers exhibited three-dimensional crimp. Mechanical properties and acid resistance of fibers were investigated. After dealt the fibers with acid for some time, C-shaped cross sections which could improve the efficiency of filtration felt were obtained.
