摘要(Abstract):
研究了聚己内酯(PCL)-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混材料的性能,以及PCL-PVP生物医用缝合线的纺丝工艺,讨论了一次牵伸倍数、二次牵伸温度与倍数、热定形温度对缝合线的直拉强度、打结强度、断裂伸长率和声速取向因子的影响,得出生产PCL-PVP缝合线的最佳纺丝工艺:干法纺丝后,在室温条件下进行5倍一次牵伸,50℃下进行1.2倍二次牵伸,再于50℃氮气保护下定长热定形10 h。
The performance of PCL-PVP mixed material and spinning process of PCL-PVP biomedical su-tures were researched. The influences of first stretching ratio, second stretching temperature and ratio, hot-set temperature on straight pull strength, knot strength, elongation at break and sonic orientation factor werediscussed. Results showed that the optimal spinning process of PCL-PVP biomedical sutures were: the dry-spun filaments were stretched by 5 times and then stretched by 1.2 times at 50 ℃, then the stretched fila-ments were hot-set for 10 h at 50 ℃.
