摘要(Abstract):

介绍了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)聚合装置的热能消耗分布及电能消耗分布,分析了在满足生产的前提下,能够进行的节能降耗的优化设计,提出了具体的节能措施,量化了这些节能措施所能节约的热能和电能消耗。
The distribution of thermal energy and power consumption of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) plant is described.The optimization design of energy saving and consumption reducing is analyzed under the premise of meeting production requirement.Specific energy-saving measures are raised to quantify how much heat and power consumption can be saved by using those measures.
