摘要(Abstract):
通过一系列的试验,确定了最佳的凝胶色谱试验条件:采用含有0.025 mol/L KNO_3的DMF为流动相;样品质量浓度为1 mg/m L,进样量200μL;柱温采用80℃,采用窄分布的聚苯乙烯为标样绘制标准曲线,然后采用纯PAN标样校正仪器。该方法快速准确,具有良好的重现性,可满足生产和科研的需要。
A series of tests are carried out to confirme the best test-conditions of GPC for PAN:using DMFsolvent with 0.025 mol/L KNO_3 as eluant,concentration of the sample is 1 mg/m L,injection volume is 100 μL,column oven temperature is 80 ℃.Even so,using polystyrene with narrow distribution draws standardcurve,then using pure PAN with wide distribution calibrates the instrument.This method is fast and accu-rate,and has good reproducibility,can meet the needs of production and scientific research.
