摘要(Abstract)：
通过对国内回料纺企业和化纤用户的走访,结合对瓶片原料的特性分析,提出作为生产再生纤维级切片的PET瓶片原料质量要求;整合集成国内现有成熟的生产设备和技术,成功开发日产80tPET瓶片再生纤维级切片成套装置,产品各项指标均接近原生切片,提升了化纤生产企业回料纺产品的质量品质。
Through analysis of PET bottle flake,the quality requirement of flake for regenerated fiber production is put forward.By Integrating the existing production facilities,the complete equipment for 80 t/d PET recycled chip is developed successfully.The specifications of recycled chip are similar to the virgin chips and the quality of regenerated fiber is elevated.
