摘要(Abstract):
通过试验和在线生产,对使用切片纺丝设备配以内环吹冷却系统生产细旦多孔涤纶长丝的工艺条件,如切片含水率、纺丝温度、冷却成形、卷绕速度及拉伸变形丝(DTY)的拉伸倍数等工艺参数进行了探讨。结果表明:干切片含水率稳定在2.2×10-5以下,纺丝温度控制在291℃,内环吹无风区长度3.5 cm,冷却风温20~21℃,风压509.6 Pa时,可以生产出质量优良的细旦多孔预取向丝(POY)。使用苏州巴马格FK6-1000型假捻机,选择适宜的工艺参数,加工单丝纤度0.36 dtex的产品是可行的,生产稳定,产品质量优良,可以实现批量生产。
By the test and on-line production,the chip spinning equipment with inner ring blowing cooling system to produce porous microdenier polyester filament and its process conditions,such as the moisture content of chip,spinning temperature,cooling formation,winding speed and DTY draw ratio are discussed.The results show that with following parameters the fine quality porous microdenier POY can be produced: moisture content of dry chip 2.2×10-5,spinning temperature 291 ℃,the length of inner ring blowing calm air area 3.5 cm,cooling air temperature 20~21 ℃,air pressure 509.6 Pa.Using type of FK6-1000 false twist machine produced by Suzhou Barmag and choosing suitable process parameters to produce dpf 0.36 DTY by mass production is feasible.
