摘要(Abstract):
采用熔体直纺工艺路线,对32头纺83 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的生产工艺技术进行了研究。结果表明:采用长宽比10/1的喷丝板孔,组件初始压力17.5 MPa,管道温度286℃,箱体温度293℃,采用新型"一"字孔油嘴上油,冷却吹风风速0.50 m/s,卷绕速度4 500 m/min,第一热辊速度1 835 m/min、温度83℃,第二热辊速度4 595 m/min、温度126℃,生产的83 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶FDY质量指标稳定。
Using the melt direct spinning process route, the production technology of the 32 ends 83 dtex/36 fflat PET FDY was studied. The results show that the quality index can be stabilized by using a spinneret withaspect ratio of 10/1, initial spinpack pressure of 17.5 MPa, pipe temperature of 286 ℃, cabinet temperature of 283 ℃, novel beeline-shaped nozzles, cooling blower speed of 0.50 m/s, spinning speed of 4 500 m/min, GR_1 speed of 1 835 m/min, GR_1 temperature of 83 ℃, GR_2 speed of 4 595 m/min, GR_2 temperature of 126 ℃.
