改善双头纺三叶有光83dtex/36f全拉伸丝织造性能的研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用双头纺技术,在嫁接PET FDY纺丝线生产三叶有光83dtex/36f FDY品种时,通过对纺丝温度、拉伸定型、油剂含量和网络压力等方面的优化改进,解决了该品种存在的整经毛羽多、织造效率低、染色有色点等缺陷,能较好适应喷水织机的要求。
With double spinning technology,83dext/36fbrighttriangle FDY wasproduced in transplanting PET-FDY spinning line. Through optimization of spinning temperature, drawing and setting, oil content and interlacing pressure, the defects of multi-hairiness, lower weaving efficiency and dyeing speck were solved.The fiber could be processed in water jet loom.
