异形超细仿蚕丝纤维的研制

摘要(Abstract):

从天然蚕丝主要性能和指标分析出发,通过对化纤纺丝喷丝板、喷丝孔形状的特殊设计,并从干燥、螺杆挤压机、纺丝组件、层流板冷却吹风装置以及拉伸定形等关键设备的选配和关键工艺优化等方面考虑,在涤纶长丝纺丝机上成功生产出三叶异形超细亮光涤纶高仿真长丝,其性能和指标与天然蚕丝较为接近,为高档时尚的薄型丝绸提供了理想的纺织原料。
According to the major properties and specifications of natural silk, the special design of spinneret hole is made and dryer, extruder, spinning pack as well as cooling equipment are optimized. The light trilobal ultra-fine polyester filament is produced successfully. The filament is relatively closed to natural silk, and it provides an ideal raw material for high-end fashion silk fabric.
