化学纤维浸胶帘子线试验方法国家标准研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过广泛研究国内外的相关测试方法,在充分考虑了各类化纤浸胶帘子线特性的基础上,对浸胶帘子线的多个测试项目确定合理、统一的测试条件,开发制定了国家标准GB/T 36020—2018:研究开发了芳纶浸胶帘子线以及锦纶与芳纶并捻浸胶帘子线的附胶量测试方法;统一了胶料配方,确定了5种制样规格,确定了黏合强力测试条件,并在国内外首次为芳纶提供一整套的黏合强力测试方法;明确了干热收缩率的两种测试方法的条件,改进了常规操作方法烘箱法的条件;最大程度确认了标准适用范围,统一了捻度、直径的测试条件;提供了线密度的全面测试方法。
Through extensive investigation and research at home and abroad, on the basis of fully considering the characteristics of various chemical fiber dipped cord, reasonable and unified testing conditions are determined for several test items of dipped cord. The test methods of dip solids pickup for para aramid dipped cord and polyamide/para aramid twisted dipped cord were studied. The rubber recipe of the test method for static adhesion to textile cord was unified. Five kinds of sample specifications and testing conditions of static adhesion to textile cord were determined. Moreover, for the first time at home and abroad, the test methods of static adhesion to textile cord for para aramid dipped cord were provided. The conditions of two test methods for thermal shrinkage were defined and the conditions of oven method were improved. Maximum scope of the standard was determined. The test conditions of twist and diameter were unitied. A comprehensive test method of line density was provided.
