涤纶有光扁平FDY生产中毛丝形成的原因及对策
Reasons of FuzzFormation in Bright Flat PET FDY Production and its Solution

摘要(Abstract):

分析了喷丝板的设计和工艺参数如干燥条件、纺丝温度、冷却条件、上油方式、热辊温度和拉伸倍数等对涤纶有光扁平FDY生产的影响。指出为减少生产中毛丝的形成,应采用较缓和的预结晶条件,适当提高纺丝温度,缓和冷却条件,选择合理的热辊拉伸倍数和温度。
Reasons of fuzz form ation during bright flat PET FD Y production w ere discussed.The effects of spinneret design and process parameter such as drying condition, spinning temperature,cooling condition, drawing temperature and drawing ratio on production process were analyzed. It was pointed out that the suitable precrystalligation, higher spinning temperature, correct cooling temperature and optimal drawing ratio and temperature should be set in order fo redcue fuzz formation.
