摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了由HV452纺丝设备生产1.33dtex×38mm有光缝纫线型短纤维的纺丝工艺技术特点,着重讨论了喷丝板选择、纺丝温度、熔体输送温度、冷却条件等因素对原丝性能及产品质量的影响。
In this paper, the process of producing 1.33 dtex×38 mm staple fibers for the bright sewing threads was introduced. The influences of the spinneret, spinning temperature, melt conveying temperature and quenching condition on fiber properties and fiber quality were discussed.
