十字形冰凉聚酯纤维的纺丝工艺Spinning Process of Cross-Shaped and Cool Polyester FDY

摘要(Abstract):
采用云母冰凉母粒与常规聚酯熔融共混纺丝制备十字形冰凉聚酯全拉伸丝(FDY),对其纺丝工艺进行了研究。结果表明:冰凉母粒添加量为4%~6%,纺丝温度为286~290℃,纺丝速度为4300~4 600 m/min,第一热辊温度为75~85℃,第二热辊温度为125~135℃,拉伸倍数为2.5~3.0时,可以生产出质量优异的十字形冰凉聚酯FDY。
The cross-shaped and cool polyester FDY were prepared with conventional PET chips and cool masterbatch via melt blend spinning and its spinning process was discussed.The results showed that good quality abnormal shape and cool polyester FDY was obtained with following process conditions: cool masterbatch content 4 %~6 %,spinning temperature 286~290 ℃,spinning speed 4 300~4 600 m/min,draw ratio 2.5~3.0,godet roller 1 temperature 75~85 ℃ and godet roller 2 temperature 125~135 ℃.
