PET/PBT反应性共混纺丝初生纤维的结构性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过反应性共混纺丝的方法制备了一系列PET /PBT初生纤维,并对其结构和性能进行了研究。DSC结果表明:随着共混物在螺杆中停留时间的增加,冷结晶温度增加而熔融结晶温度和熔点下降,结晶行为的差异可能与嵌段的序列长度随酯交换进行而不断减小有关。 WAXD及SEM的分析还表明:PET /PBT体系在无定形区是相容的,在晶区却是晶相分离的,而非共晶结构。并在实验基础上,对PET/PBT共混体系的可纺性进行了初步探讨。
A series of PET/PBT fibers were prepared by reactive blend-spinning and the properties of the as-spun fibers were studied.The results of DSC show that the cold crystallization temperature (T ) is increased while both of the crystallization temperature from meli(T ) and the melting point(Tm ) are decreased as the residence time during melt spinning is prolonged. The difference in their crystallization behaviors is possibly associated with the change of length of block segment formed due to different extent of transesterification.It is also indicated by analysis of WAXD and SEM that the blends are compatible in the amorphotis phase,whcresas PET and PBT crystallize separately into two crystalline phases.Based on these results,the spitutability of PET/PBT blends are discussed.
