羊毛角蛋白粉末的制备及其结构与性能表征Preparation of Wool Keratin Powders and Characterization of its Structure and Properties

摘要(Abstract):
以废旧毛涤混纺面料为原料,采用溶解-研磨法制备羊毛角蛋白粉末。通过对羊毛角蛋白粉末的外观形态、粒度、内部结构及热性能进行测试与分析,得出制备的羊毛角蛋白粉末表面粗糙且形态不规则,颗粒大小不匀,团聚现象比较明显;其平均粒径为203.026μm,粒径的一致性为0.873;角蛋白粉末含有大量氢键及酰胺键,二硫键已断裂,具有多肽的特征,属于蛋白质;当温度低于210℃时,角蛋白粉末具有热稳定性。
Using waste wool-polyester blended fabrics as raw materials, wool keratin powders are preparedby dissolution- grinding method. By testing and analysing the appearance, granularity, internal structureand thermal properties of the wool keratin powders, the conclusions are drawn as follows: wool keratin pow-ders have rough and irregular surface, uneven particle size and obvious agglomeration; the average particlediameter of wool keratin powder is 203.026 μm and the consistency of the particle size is 0.873; keratinpowders are protein containing large numbers of hydrogen bonds and amide bonds and have the characteris-tic of polypeptide. The disulfide bonds have been broken. Keratin powders have heat stability when the tem-perature is lower than 210 ℃.
