聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯牙刷丝表观改善处理工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)牙刷丝进行碱处理来改善丝体表面形貌,得到磨尖丝。用显微镜观察反应前后丝端形貌的变化,分析了磨尖丝的形成原因。用PBT碱水解的理论分析计算并结合丝体减量率的变化,探讨了影响磨尖丝尖峰质量的因素,得出当反应温度为120℃、碱处理液质量分数为40%、反应时间为60~90 min时可以获得较为理想的磨尖效果。
PBT toothbrush filament is treated with alkaline to improve the surface form of the filament to ob-tain tapered filament.The difference of the surface form has been observed before and after the reaction.The tapered filament formation mechanism is analyzed.The major factors which affect the cutting-edge ofthe tapered filament are also discussed.Through the theoretical analysis and calculation of PBT alkaline hy-drolysis reaction and combined with the change of weight loss of filament,the ideal form of cutting-edge ofthe tapered filament is found when the reaction temperature is 120 ℃,the concentration of alkali treatmentfluid is 40%,the reaction time is 60~90 minutes.
