激光粒度仪测定水滑石粒度的研究Study on Determination of Particle Size of Hydrotalcite by Laser Granularity Spectrometer

摘要(Abstract):
水滑石作为氨纶生产辅料,其粒径的大小直接影响生产研磨工艺参数的设置。采用激光粒度分析仪对水滑石的粒径及粒径分布测试方法进行了研究,研究了样品的质量浓度、超声时间、仪器参数设置等因素对水滑石粒径测量结果的影响。样品处理的最佳分析条件如下:水滑石分散在N,N'-二甲基乙酰胺中配成质量浓度100 g/L的溶液,超声时间15 min,循环泵在50 mL/min流速下循环60 s。试验结果显示,检测数据准确稳定,且具有较好的测试重复性。该方法的确定对生产水滑石研磨参数设置起到很好的引导作用。
As an auxiliary material for Spandex production, the particle size of hydrotalcite directly affects the setting of grinding process parameters. An analysis and determination method of hydrotalcite particle size and size distribution were developed with laser granularity analyzer. The influences of sample centration, ultrasonic time, instrument parameter setting and other factors on the determination of particle size of hydrotalcite were systematically studied. The best analytical conditions for sample processing were as follows: the samples were dispersed in N,N'-dimethylacetamide to form a mass concentration of 100 g/L, ultrasonic time was 15 min, the test was started after 60 s of circulating at the flow rate of 50 mL/min of circulating pump. The test results show that the test data is accurate and stable, and the method has good test repeatability. The determination of this method plays an important role in guiding the setting of grinding parameters for the production of hydrotalcite.
