可穿戴柔性心电电极织物的舒适性探索Study on the Comfort Performance of the Wearable and Flexible ECG Electrode Fabric

摘要(Abstract):
对由4种不同经纱(涤纶、锦纶、棉纤维、竹浆纤维)织造的可穿戴纺织结构心电电极织物进行舒适性探索,包括测试电极织物的压缩、弯曲、表面摩擦、透气和透湿等性能。研究结果表明:锦纶纱织物的透气性能较好,但其手感较硬,织物表面粗糙,外观保持性差;竹浆纤维纱织物透湿性能优异,蓬松柔软性一般,透气性较差;棉纱织物的透气性能较好,透湿性能较差;涤纶纱织物柔软性好,丰厚性保持能力较好,透气、透湿性能较差。
The comfort performance including compression, bending, surface friction, gas permeability andmoisture permeability of four different warp(polyester, nylon, cotton, bamboo yarn)weaving wearable textilestructure of ECG electrodes fabric are tested. Research results show that nylon yarn fabric has good gas per-meability, but the handle is hard, the surface is rough and appearance retention is poor; bamboo yarn fabrichas excellent moisture permeability, general fluffy and poor gas permeability; cotton yarn fabric has goodgas permeability, poor moisture performance; the handle of polyester yarn fabric is soft, but it has poor per-meability and moisture performance.
