国产TiO_2在聚酯纺丝中的应用Application of Domestic TiO_2 in Direct-spinning of PET Fiber

摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了在天津石化公司化纤厂240kt/a熔体直纺短丝/长丝生产线上试用国产TiO2的情况。结果表明:国产TiO2质量达到同类进口产品水平,试用期间生产的切片和短纤维以及长丝质量指标与使用进口TiO2时无明显差别,但预聚物过滤器、纺丝组件的使用周期缩短。
The test of domestic TiO2 in the 240 kt/a direct-spinning staple /filament fiber production line in TPCC are introduced. It is indicated that the quality of domestic TiO2 reach the imported one. The quality indexes of PET chips, staple fiber and filament same as that using imported TiO2. But the life time of prepolymer filter and spinning pack is shortened.
